We start with a classic fior di latte gelato for a clean, milky base, gently perfume it with rosewater, then finish with Amarena cherries infused with rosewater for a bright, elegant bite in every spoonful.

Why we made Amarena Rose

We wanted a fusion flavour that feels both familiar and surprising: the comfort of a traditional Italian milk gelato, paired with the delicate lift of rosewater and the bold, syrupy character of Amarena cherries. The result is balanced and refreshing—creamy enough to satisfy, floral enough to intrigue, and finished with fruit that keeps each bite lively.
