We are happy to announce that our Yuzu Cheesecake Gelato won third place in Canada and moved on to Gelato Festival World Masters 2023 North America Semi Finals. Our Yuzu Cheesecake was judged by a panel of industry professionals on March 1st, 2023 to select 3 finalist to represent Canada. Come in and try our award-winning flavour!

The Gelato Festival World Masters is an international event dedicated to artisanal gelato. Founded in 2010 in Florence, Italy, it has evolved into one of the most important events in the gelato industry, and is the world’s premiere gelato tournament attracting millions of visitors worldwide.

About Gelato North
We Just Love Gelato!
Simply put, gelato is Italian Style ice cream, however, gelato contains less milk fat and air than ice cream. This results in a more intense flavour and dense texture.

We make classic Italian flavours, North American favourites and Asian inspired gelato and sorbets. We also make dairy-free/vegan options too, so there is something for everyone.
All our gelato is made fresh in-house almost daily. You are never eating gelato made months ago. You can taste the difference.

Hand Crafted In-House!
We make all our gelato in-house using the finest ingredients. We take pride in using the best ingredients such as pistachios and hazelnuts from Italy, real fruit in our sorbets, matcha and black sesame from Japan and fresh Canadian milk.

Our tiramisu is made fresh on-site and never frozen. We make our tiramisu with mascarpone cheese from Italy and organic espresso, using locally roasted Arabica beans. (Our tiramisu is not made with raw eggs or alcohol). 400 ml
